    Default Fake commitment from Vodafone

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    I am the customer of vodafone for mobile no. "9999010822" since last 3 years. I had
    always paid the bills even before the due date. I am regularly getting calls from
    vodafone offering new services & offers.
    As told & confimed by Vodafone representative that you are valuable customer & you
    are being offered by an Add on connection to your no. Since at that time I was also
    using a prepaid no. "9899870420" so i requested that add this no to my add on
    connection. They agreed & confirmed that I will get a discount of 10% on your bill.
    Even after 6 month I have not get any discount.
    Secondly I lost my mobile in jaipur in roaming. I visited/called customer
    care-vodafone for blocking outgoing calls & requested the to make incoming active so
    that i keep trying to search my mobile. Again fake commitment from vodafone that
    only outgoing calls blocked & Incoming is still active. opposite to their commitment
    the no. get discontinued & I lost my mobile permanently in lack of coordination from
    vodafone.
    Thirdly, when I was back to delhi after jaipur I get a call from vodafone on my
    secondary no. 9250938434 that you are a esteemed valuable customer & you are
    requested to acivate the lost sim again & for this they offered me sim free of cost.
    Aginst their commitment sim charges was debited & billed on my bill & I got that sim
    after a time of two weeks.
    I suffered a lot & hence called vodafone - Delhi again for asking the reason of this
    serial trouble. Against the expectation the guy showed such a rude behaviour &
    attitute & adviced to discontinue the services. I was even angry at that time & I
    agreed to discontinue & three year relation was breaked.
    I was cheated many time & just wanted to ask the fault at my end.
    Just request your involvement in this matter.

    Angry fake commitment by vodafone executive

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    One of the vodafone executive named Mr Shashikant made a false commitment for a new connection that i took on 29th Sept. 2009.
    He had told me that i can make usage of 500rs/month and for that i won't receive any bill but on 12th October i received my bill and now my services are barred.

    i tried to call the concerned person but he is not atending my call.
    i tried to call from other no. as well but then he disconnects.

    Kindly look forward to this complain.
