In my Vodafone Post Paid bill i am getting a charge of Rs 150/- for downloading something called "HUNGFULLSONG150" which i am not doing at all. This above mentioned wrong charge was highlighted to them Vodafone person (who comes with the first bill at home) , Customer Care as well as to their staff at Vodafone Store right from the first bill itself. This has now continued in the second bill also. Further this has been highlighted to the concerned person at vodafone store (rajouri garden) with the second bill also. And they are stating that this has to be paid by me inspite of telling them that this has not been done by me. I wanted to give a complaint for this problem to the staff at vodafone store at Rajouri garden but they were not interested in it and gave me a Customer Request no that is 110641473. When asked for the details of this download they simply could not give it. Looking at the way the vodafone staff is handling, it appears that this probelem would continue in the subsequent bill as well. Request your intervention in this. The post paid mobile no which i am talking about is 9899270114.
