Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using Vodafone prepaid connection under Kerala circle. I have a prepaid
plan which is a CUG(Closed User Group) and have special offers. Around
January last i charged for bonus card of Rs.49 after asking customer care to
get 500 messages free. But actually for my plan this was not applicable. I
came to know this when i was not able to send free sms and called customer
care again. I lodged a complaint and a team lead to whom call was
transferred agreed for a refund of my money. Till now i did not get a
refund. Moreover after that call i was not able to connect to a customer
care executive from my phone and they didnt take any more action on the same
and did no correspondance with me. Now after one month again Rs.49 is cut
from my account in the name of free sms every month. I called the customer
care executive from my friends phone and got a very bad response(I narrated
all the things happened till now). I want to lodge a complaint for these.
Please guide me
