i am a user of vodafone prepaid connection and i get 25 to 30 calls from them every day for their valu addad services.i want to sue them for mentally harassing me.

My Name is Dinesh Kumar Mishra and I would like to register a complain
against Vodafone celuller company. Acctually I am a customer of
vodafone For last 6 month.2 month I used his pre paid service and
after that I got a call from them saying that I am there valuable
customer and they like to offer me post paid connection. they send a
executive to me to collect the document,he came to me and collected
all the necessary document along with 250/ INR. he said that within 72
hour they will activte my sim,It was not done every day I used to call
them but nothing was happand after that I visited there one of the
Vodafone care office in South Ex-I .They said that they did not get
any document of mine .Then again they said that they will refund my
250 rs and they can offer me another sim but again I have to give him
250 .They have given me new connection they said u will get ur 250
which I gave them 1 st time from that time I am visited there office
so many time but they are saying that they have not received my cheque
, whenever they will receive my cheque they will give me a call.when
ever I going to meet them they are registering my complain and giving
me new complain register No.
Pls register my complain and I want to see then in the court.I dont
want to run there office just for 250 it is herreshment for me .

after that I got a call from this 9052281594 them saying that I am there valuable
customer and they like to offer me post paid connection. they send a
executive to me to collect the document,he came to me and collected
all the necessary document along with 350/ INR. he said that within 72
hour they will activte my sim,It was not done every day I used to call 9052281594 but no response...so please take a severe action on vodafone customer care executive in hyderabad owning this number 9052281594

i m a vodafone customer, and from the last 5 months the MCI alerts are being activated on ny number. every month my 30rs are deducted from the balance. i called the vodafone customer care they said that your balance will be given back and call us after 24hours. but nothing happens. i have deactivated it many of the times but still my balance is deducted.

I am Pramod from kerala Let me share my experience with a vodafone postpaid conenction. 9539059995 I heard many vodafone billing issues from my friends circle. Unfortunately their sales person Mr Godwin convinced me that no such issues will creep. . I am using it for last 4 months, from the first bill itself they started wrong billing. I contacted them and they adjusted the amount. I feel these guys are very cunning. From first bill after wards they stopped the practice of sending detailed bill to my residence. I got used with myvodafone and strated checking my bills carefully. I have two post paid connections . There will be issues on all bills . Some issues were rectified and some others are ignored. Now I got forth month bill (online) I was really surprised to know that i have downloaded 2 games costing 99 each.
i contacted their customer support but answers were not satisfactory. they asked me to mail the issue. And deactivate GPRS facility. I feel really pity on the ultimate solution Vodafone customer care. Is this the only expertise solution they can provide?? let me tell short i am not ready to pay wrong bills generated. . Such a wrong practice from a reputed company will create a huge dent in the reputation they build over last several years.
I contacted nodal officers of Vodafone and Vodafone executives several times. They are always assuring a solution on very next day. Nothing will happen. Finally I will be forced to terminate the connection. Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated. I would like a response from their side as soon as possible , before I take it further with my lawyers and media.
I suggest our government should make necessary laws to regulate these unethical business companies.

i would like to bring you to attention about the poor reception in and around the Karratha, WA area. Actually its not poor reception, its no reception at all.
Since yesterday morning, i have had no form of communication going out of my phone or coming in. this makes it hard on both my work life and social life.
im sure there are many other people who would complain about this. But choose not to.
I am thinking of switching to a more organised company if these slip ups continue happen.

On 1st December 2009 at 7.36 pm, i received a call from Vodafone (Tel No. 9619218000) informing me that i will be getting 220 mins of free STD calls & there will be no rental charged for the same or there is no hidden cost... Its absolutely free... When i inquired about this from the Vodafone Customer Care (Tel No. 111), i was informed that there is no such facility...
Please let me know what should i do.. I just feel that vodafone is trying to make money by giving false information...
Around a month ago, i had received a call from the same above mention no. informing that i wont be charged for GRPS.. There will be no downloading charges also.. But to my surprise, i was charged... When i contacted the customer care, the only reply i got was "we are sorry"...
I hope i would get some positive response from your side...

I gave the request to disconnect my internet service(vmc) on dated 5-march-2010 before my billing cycle via sms. And i received the confirmation massage that we have received ur request to de-activate the vmc service and again i sent the massage for deactivate the vmc service.and get agai confirmation massage that we have already received ur request. But still my service is not deactivate. And vodafone charged me rs.299/-. I m really fed-up from service.so u r requested to waive off my this vmc chardes. I am a customer of Vodafone having two post paid connections from Oct 2009. On seeing my very limited usage pattern, I decided to convert these connections to pre-paid bcoz we are paying Rs 199 + tax unnecessarily as our total bill amount to average Rs 300/- pm. only. On approacing the C/Care, they told me that this can be converted only on completion of six months of activation and that the security deposit (Rs 500/- per connection) will be forefieted. Also I need to submit the required documents and photographs etc. again as if I am applying for a new connection. What they told me at the time of activation that the security deposit can be adjusted in the bill or refunded on completion of one year. They further said that this a a migration case and the papers would be required afresh. My contention is that I just want to change the post paid status to pre-paid one. I want to retain both the numbers and will remain be a Vodafone customer in the same network. Here, where is the question of migration and why they are denying me my security deposit. Still I am ready to wait till completion of one year period and they should allow me to switch to pre-paid. I have asked them to send me a copy of terms and conditions which I signed at the time of actication which they have'nt provided yet. Another thing, to my request to provide name and address of the Officer responsible for RTI, they says Vodafone is not covered under RTI Act.
Please clarify and help.
