    Angry Inflation/Fudging of Bills By Vodafone.

    Hello DEAR VODAFONE SENIOR EXE,

    IF IN CASE U SOMEHOW BY MISTAKE/CHANCE COME BY THE ISSUE I HAVE U WILL SURELLY BE EMBARRASED OF UR SERVICES.
    This is in regards the fudging of the Bill from your end that was generated.In my bill generated 2nd Dec the internet charges of Rs 1900 aprox. have been added to the bill. I have this same number and plan from the last 1 year and have never paid for the internet usage.Today I received a message at 3:07 PM stating that my bill for Rs 2686.47 has been generated. I called the Vodafone care 111 and the agent after knowing the issue and listing to me, instead of doing something, disconnected the call. I got the next message at 4:37 PM few minutes after the agent had disconnected the call, that ‘YOUR OUTGOING CALL SERVICES HAS BEEN STOPPED DUE TO NON RECEIVAL OF PAYMENT ON YOUR PHONE 8860001915.’I had to call customer care again , had to talk with the shift lead ( floor manager) named Saurabh Sharma, told him the whole issue, he compared my old bills with this month’s bill and found out that there was a mistake from Vodafone's end.He said he mailed the issue to the concerned team with the screen shots and the issue will be addressed/resolved in 24 hrs. He told me to stay online and disconnected the call.AGAIN I HAD TO CALL AND THEN THE NEXT SHIFT LEAD, FLOOR MANAGER named Ajmer Singh TOLD ME THAT THE ISSUE HAD BEEN REFERED TO THE CONCERNED TEAM AND IT WILL TAKE 24 HRS TO BE ADDRESED/ RESOLVED.I ASKED HIM TO ACTIVATE MY NUMBER AS THE BILL HAS BEEN GENERATED TODAY AND THE LAST DATE OF PAYMENT OF BILL IS 21ST DEC AND THAT THE BILL IS FUDGED AND THE ACTUAL BILL IS JUST RS 600-700 ONLY.
    I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THIS 2686.47 WHEN MY ACTUAL BILL IS JUST RS 600-700 ONLY.
    This new shift manager told me that to activate my number call 1111 which I did after the call and found out that it was to activate your no in case the bill has been paid.
    Even this time they tried to fool me.
    NOW I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED ASAP. MY MONEY REFUNDED AND ALL THIS MATTER SORTED BY THE END OF DAY TODAY.
    I mailed to the corporatecare.del@vodafone.com stating the whole above sited issue and got an automated generated mail stating that they will look into it by next 2 working days.
    I again called the 111 so as to know the status but Sanjay Kumar the agant to take the call did not transfer my call to the shift manager.
    I have undergone a lot of mental stress because of all this.
    My outgoing is barred.
    I am an employee in HCL Comnet Technologies with the shift timings 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM. I reach home at 4:00 AM and can not call my parents to open the gate and in case of any problem can't contact anyone for help.

    TODAY BECAUSE OF ALL THIS MY BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS HAVE GONE HIGH, AS I AM A DIBETIC PATIENT AND IS STRESS MY SUGAR LEVELS RISE.

    THIS IS THE WORST THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME.
    PLEASE I NEED A QUICK ACTION AND ALSO A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THIS..

    Default Vodafone Postpaid VMC

    I have been a vodafone customer for 10+ years. I have been using the vodafone sim card in an ordinary phone, but recently put the simcard into an iphone 2G. I did not change the apn settings to www as needed for activating the data service as i DID NOT need the dataservice. unfortunately, despite this precaution, the iphone by its inherent virtue does try to send and receive data on its own and there is no way to disable the data exchange at the iphone level. I was made to understand by the customer care center that since i have not enabled the apn settings the data transfer wont happen and i do not need to worry. However, i notice that Vodafone has billed me for the data exchange despite this assurance. I have no issues in paying the bill but all i am trying to understand is that there has to be a setting which prevents future data transfer from the vodafone side.

    Multiple calls to the customer care center have not resolved the issue. Vodafone website lists a way to disallow VMC for prepaid but no settings to prevent it on postpaid which is ridiculous. Please explain to me how to deactivate VMC for my cell.

    Hi Vodafone Customer Care:

    Unfortunately I lost all data on my phone including the sms which confirms the complaint number. However, as i mentioned in my previous post, i am not looking for a retrospective solution. Please just provide me with a way to prevent data transfer at Vodafone level so that even if my iphone tries to send receive data, it just gets an cellular data not connected error. Similar to you not providing the option of ISD so even if i try, i cant dial international calls.

    I am Vodafone Mobile Network Consumer Since 2003 with Mobile number +919839524052 in Kanpur Uttar Pradesh.


    I am using Blackberry Plan @299 since last two years, according to this Plan, I can get the Facility of Unlimited E-mails & instant Messaging Only and I cannot do the INTERNET SURFING even I can't use the GPRS services also. Actually, I was making Payment to Vodafone without checking the bill details but when I checked my bill details on Sep 2011 I have seen the Data Access Charges around Rs. 200 then I also checked few months back bills & found that from April 2011 to Sep 2011, they have charging Data access in each month Rs. 100, Rs, 150 & upto Rs 250.


    I went to vodafone Store at Kanpur with bills from April 2011 to Sep 2011 and met Customer Care Executive and shown the bills for Fake charges of data access and executive blame me that I have used the data that's why it has Charged then I have surrender my Blackberry Mobile to Customercare Executive and said to Open any website for data access then executive told me to meet Branch Manager regarding this matter. So, I met Mr. MOHD TABISH Vodafone Store Branch Manager of Kanpur and I informed that I have Plan Blackberry 299 & according to this Plan, I can't access internet Surfing even can't use GPRS Services. I have given my Mobile to him & said to open any website for data access but He has failed to do INTERNET SURFING and told me that to send the details of all bills Charges and e-mail to me I will forward the request for reversal of Charges. I have options to Port Out to Other Mobile Network but I don't know how to get my Security deposit Money Rs. 2,500 that's why not to Port Out.


    But I have checked my monthly bill in Oct 2011 & found that there was no reversal, even they Charged Once agian in October Month Bill for data access. So, I called to Branch Manager of Vodafone Store & complaint then every month they were Charging for Internet Surfing from April 2011 to dec 2011 & same each month I just Follow to Vodafone branch Manger & Finally Vodafone Branch Manager has forward mail for the Reversal Of Rs. 877 in Dec 2011. Finally, when I have checked the Bill of Jan 2012 & get the Reversal of Rs 647.46 against my request reversal Amount Rs. 877 but I have got another Fake Charges of ISD calls. There were given ISD Numbers +23222290376 for 1 min Rs. 50 charged two times with same number & same Amount & I complaint to Vodafone Branch manager & I said to him that Rs 50/ min can't be Charges for ISD call to anywhere in the world by any Mobile Network Provider & He replied me that these numbers already publish in Newspaper & News that anyone get missed call from these number & called back to these number they charged Rs.50/min then I told him that I have not recieved any Missed Call and I have never Call back to these because I don't know these & you are un-necessary Blaming me that I made call to these number Just like Fake Charges of Internet Surfing and Fight long time for the reversal and got the reversal but not Full Amount.


    your Company Vodafone reverse the Charges because these Charges was Faked otherwise Vodafone can't reverse the Charges and now they have applied another fake charges of ISD calls for Rs.50/min which I have not made call to these Special ISD numbers.


    Kindly guide OR suggest me what to do.
    Please help me Out with this problem

    Default Harresment Call from Airtel.

    Dear Sir/madam


    My Name is Padmavathi and would like to register a complaint against Bharti Airtel. I 'was' a customer of Airtel Broadband(080-4164 1721) from March 2011 to November 5th, 2011. Initially the service was good & later on even though i dint gave any request for additional service like "Some Dumb Anti-Virus" from their end, was activated in my bill without my consent, which i was charged for Rs.100 extra unnecessarily.

    After repeated calls to customer call & asked to deactivate, the response was nil. Finally, I gave request to customer care that i want to disconnect the connection for which they told they will take the request. The request was given on November 2011, for cancellation. Everything was sorted & the due amount what was left out of Rs.2445, it was cleared, keeping a pending amount of Rs.400, since i clearly told to their executive that until i am not getting any confirmation from your end , i wont do payment of Rs.400. Since from Past months i was struggling with their Customer care for Cancellation.

    After some day they told that, it has been cancelled & when i asked about due amount amount, they informed that it has been cleared & all. Now after 2 months from November 5th, 2011 to Feb 8th, 2012, i got a call from their customer care that there is outstanding amount of Rs.2000 odd & if i wont make any payment i will receive Legal Notice & all.

    What kind of Service is this, When i was not able to do any kind of activity once the connection was disconnected(barred) from November 5th, Now all of a sudden, they are asking me to make payment for which i have not got any benefit.

    I want to take legal action against their customer care executive for Harassment calls without giving any proper explanation.

    Hope, i will get proper answer & strict action against the fraud people(Airtel), since they are looting money like anything from customers thorugh Consumer court representative.

    res,siri have an idea no.9837164112 which i converted in prepaid to postpaid in july 2011. but even passing seven month i did not get back my security deposit and other refund which is about 700/-rs. i contact many time in idea jonal office in my city firozabad to mr.nandkishore ji and mr.pankaj ji.but they dont take this matter seriously.pls take necessary action.hoping to get back my refund with yr medium.thanks.adress-liberty agencies 2,ganj roadfirozabad (u.p.)

    i m karan goel i am using vodafone services and i am badly unsatisfied with the cc support as i complaned against internet in jan and the complaind is still open they are not providing me the solution and now i am trying to port my same number to other network in this i m also facing the problum i tried 3 times but not get ported to other network. i called to nodal & applicate authority they are not taking the call
    Plz help me.

    Again there was a harassment call from one lady saying that there is case. This is her Number 8549877912. Till now there is no update even from this forum also.

    Hi

    I have been using my vodafone number for about 5 years now and its a postpaid connection. I got a GPRS package activated about 5 months ago. Average monthly bill of my mobile is about 1000 Rs. 2 days ago I receive a message from vodafone asking me to pay Rs.13157 or my services will be barred. I reached vodafone store a guy there tells me that the unbilled amount is 57000. I only use 2G service on my mobile and I strongly believe that I couldnt have used more than 2 GB of the data plan. Now my services have been barred and I cannot contact my family. This is pathetic and I request someone to look into this considering it at a highest priority.
