It’s been long time since I am calling all the executives for the simplest issue. Just because of that my outgoing services have been barred and am facing many problems. Without my information GPRS and MO was activated and I have been charged 945 rupees for not activating it. It seems that airtel is imposing unfair amount to its customer. I have called them several times but nobody has helped me so far. They promised that the issue will be fixed by 17th Feb. but no go so far. If Airtel doesn’t want to keep me as a customer
I won’t mind. I will pay the entire amount and will discontinue all the services and will surely ask all of my friends and relatives to discontinue all the services. I would like to escalate this issue to highest most authority so that I can get it fixed.
