While I was on international roaming in France, I received following SMS from
"Airtel":
Airtel wishes you a pleasant stay in France.You have logged onto Orange.Peak
Rates Rs/min: Local outgoing 46, All incoming 78, Outgoing to India 136, SMS: Rs
15/SMS, GPRS: @ 9 /Mb.All rates exclusive of taxes.For more details please visit
at www.airtel.in.T&C apply.Thanks

Now I used 37.1Mb of GPRS service in France (Orange network)
Bill should be 38*9= Rs342/-
But I have been charged Rs.21003.39 (excluding service tax)

When I speak to Airtel customer care, they says that GPRS rate in France for
Orange is € 9/Mb. And Airtel does not send this message, although I have the
SMS in my mobile.

Can any one please guide me, what should I do??
