I am surbhi from agartala. My airtel postpaid number is 9**********.
From 28th December 2008 morning I am receiving some messages from 64611010 and the charges is Rs 10 per day, but I am very much sure that I did not subscribe any such type of services. And when I called on the airtel customer care they told me that just visit our website and submit your details then only your service will be deactivated but I am not a computer savy person and its very hard me to operate the internet, but after visiting the website I didn’t even find any way to deactivate such service.
Kindly pay attention to my problem.
