I have received excess Bill of more than 2000Rs. on bill as MMS/GPRS download, that too only on 16th Mar'09. I am using a low-end mobile phone which doesn't support any video and game downloads. But still in bill it is reflecting MMS downloads worth Rs.2000 on Mar16, 2009.

I contacted several times the Idea Care executives, but nothing is working out.
I am a software engineer, I dont have that much time and money to waste.
Simple logic says, why I will download only on Mar'16,2009 worth Rs.2000/- only on MMS downloads.

I request to please solve the issue... and refund back my money..
