Mobile bill - difference in late payment and delayed payment ? Dear Sir,
Have you Noticed One Point in our Mobile Billing ?
It is clearly mentioned in the Bill, as if it is Delayed Payment
then 3% will be levied and in Bill, they collect Rs; 100 as Late
Payment Charges.
If your Bill is say Rs: 1000/= then @ 3% interest rate is Rs: 30/=
and not Rs: 100/= The Companies say that it is Industry Standard
Practice, at the time of collecting money, but not at the time of
Service.

I am also facing the billing problem, please look into this matter and respond my as soon as possible.
my complaint is regarding billing when i sucribed for my new connection of airtel i paid them 1000(thousand rupees) as security deposit for post paid connection when i got my first bill i found coloum rr49 jk and charge of rs 39 aprox. in nex bill again i faced the same issue. this is really hell.
