    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Airtel User from Bangalore, I have a Post Paid Corporate Connection, and my number is +91 9663567000.

    On 17th August 2010 I got a message as follows,

    “We will be temporally withdrawing outgoing services as your usage exceeds your credit limit. Kindly make payment of Rs. 5500 within 24 Hrs for continued services.”

    I have called up the customer care center and I did not got any satisfier answer from them, the reference number is F734957340,

    As I have not used the Airtel service for Rs. 5500, my question is why should I pay this amount and the customer care officer also tells we can’t help on this, you have to pay the money, so I asked for the summary and the description of the unbilled Amount, Customer Care Officer are not ready to share it as its not accessible for them, so I have to make the payment.

    My unbilled amount on the date 11th August 2010 was Rs. 81 and now for the date of 17th August 2010 its Rs. 5500. Need to know what is the technical issue with my billing and I don’t want to have any disconnection in my outgoing or incoming with your (Airtel) issues.

    Please look into this matter ASAP.

    Above the first mail I have sent to Nodal Officer, I got the revert very late stating that,

    Again, I have to make the Payment, there is no other go for me.

    Please help me in comming out of this Fraud from Airtel.

    Hi Rakesh Kumar,

    I have got lots of unsatisified reverts form Airtel Appellate officer. there are no proper answers given to me, I feel that Airtel is hiding themself to rectify the issue. till now they have not revert properlly for any of my mails.
