I have taken a Idea post paid connection with Number 9702275770 through a call which i have received from Idea Sales team. While taking the connecting i was told to pay INR 499/- of which INR 99/- will be SIM charges and remaining INR 400 will be credited in the a/c in the first 4 month bill with INR 100 in each bill. First month i got the complete INR 100 reversal, however i was shocked to see my second bill as there was only Rs. 24 credit in my a/c. When i enquired with the customer care of Idea. i was informed that if your usage goes above Rs.100 then only the complete amount will be reversed back which was never told to me by the sales executive. I have made several attempt to make the customer care take down my complaint or provide me with a call back, but all has fallen to a deaf ear. Today dated 7th April when i called and escalate the call to Team leader, i was told to provide with the Sales executive details then only they can take the complaint. Was suprised to hear that they dont have the details of their sales executive and except customer to note down everything. I was also threaten on the call that if i dont make the adjusting amount, collection team will collect it from me.

Would request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me with a proper solution as Idea customer care have clearly told me that they cannot do anything unless i provide them with Sales executive details.
