Earlier I was getting my monthly ebill in email id rashmi.omana@gmail.com and I was regularly paying against each bill on time.
But from october 08 month, I am not receiving my mobile bill in time. Everytime, I am calling or emailing Airtel customer care to send my ebill, which after long duration, they will send. I have the proofs of each mail sent to them asking my ebill.
My main complaint is regarding the Feb 09 month bill : I told my husband to go to airtel shop and pay my bill in cash for Feb 09 month, as I was out of station. My husband paid Rs. 2428/- as my feb 09 month bill.
On coming back to Bangalore, I called and send many mails to Airtel asking my ebill for Feb month, which I have already paid. But airtel was not having my bill for Feb 09 month.
On what basis they have taken Rs. 2428/- as Feb month bill, they are not aware.
Now, I got sms from them stating that my mobile bill for March 09 month is also not available.
Therfore, I request you to send a notice to Airtel saying to provide me the actual bill itemwise for Feb 09 month (which I have already paid) and March 09 month.
Or, to return back the amount Rs. 2428/- paid for Feb 09 and my precaution international roaming deposited amount and close my account.
In one way, Airtel is fooling customer like us and taking the amount without any bills.
