Hi,

I am a vodafone subscriber for the past 3 years. I have regularly paid all the bills timely with no default. However, in the month of June, they charged me extra Rs 250 + tax, the payment of which I didnt make. During conversation with helpdesk, they agreed to reverse the charges in next bill. However, they put my number on voicemail, asking to pay the due amount (250+tax). I again talked to the concerned deptt, they removed the voicemail for a day, and again put it on voicemail. I was so much harassed that I decided not to make the next bill payment. By chance the bill came to Rs 2750. Now they have sent me the legal notice asking me to make the payment or face legal action.

I wuold like to know how legal is this legal notice. Can they sue me if I do not make the payment?
