    Angry complaint against airtel's online payment services

    sir,
    I am using airtel post-paid mobile services ( ph. 9810577220) , my bill amount for the session (20/07/2010 to 19/08/2010) is Rs. 1977 and due date is (08/09/2010). So i made an online payment of Rs. 1577 using my 'SBI' debit card and through the airtel live account(user name: tronald), the amount was deducted from my SBI account and the payment made is still not reflected on the airtel billing center , so the current amount due is still Rs. 1977, in-spite of my payment. And on the contrary they have barred my outgoing services.
    Below i have written the statement of my account which clearly shows the payment made to airtel and "Bill desk" is their payment gateway.

    hence resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Exclamation Unable to pay bills Online

    Dear Sir,

    I am using postpaid number (9840843221) for which I'm trying to pay bills online using my Debit card but I'm not able to do so.

    For past three months I'm getting an error message stating "International cards are not Accepted" and the bill processing getting cancelled .

    I'm using HDFC Debit card for past 2 years and have been paying the bills online without any issue. I have reported this issue to customer care but I did not get proper solution and the issue remains same which makes me panic every month when I pay my bills.

    For past 3 months I'm paying bills online through HDFC Credit Card which I'm not interested.

    Kindly look into this issue so I can pay my bills using debit card.

    Hi,

    My name is Pradeep my prepaid number is 9867779154.I have recharged on 18.11.2011 for 60 Rs and after that i have recharged 19.11.2011 Rs.60 but at morning only shows Rs.7 balance.I had call the customer care but they telling always server low.why you had deduct my money. I want my money back other wise i am going to SIM change. If i dont hv received my money back before 23.11.2011 then i am going to complent with u and i am going to sim change.
