This is regarding the payment of my bill of 2000 Rupees. As I was called by Airtel regarding my bill payment then they sent me the executive to collect payment on 26th March 2009 in between 11am - 1pm. I get an executive at 11.30 by the name Raj Kumar who gives his identification as an airtel executive. And ask for my payment. Even he calls up to ask about the address before coming to me. So after all I pay Mr Raj Kumar Rs 2000 and then he gives me the reciept for the payment. As in the attachment. After he leaves another executive comes in another 30 min to take money from me and does the same who tend to ask me few question that who was that man, etc...
Now I am shocked and worried about my payment. I called up customer care and registered my complaint the Number 886120873. I was asked to send a Fax of the reciept with a note on it. Which I did at around 2pm. Then again I called up customer care in evening by the name Narender who assured me that not to worry but also said they have nt received the fax. Then today this morning I called up for the same and I was told to send a mail and also send a scanned copy of reciept. which Isending now. He aslo assured not to worry reference number 88667770 and 886561335.
As by this it sounds that my information is given to some ex person and they are doing this fraud from the call centers...
As till now the money is not been adjusted to my account.
I have got the reciept. The person who took the money showed his ID to proove his identity.
But now I am ending up in such situation... It is a serious fraud happening (ie passing on the client information to other people) due to which people are being in trouble.
Looking forward to have positive action.
