My mothers reliance number is 9320501499. I started recieving Miss Call Alerts so I called their Customer Care Center where I got the reply that I have send some message which I havent and Only 9 Rs are deducted for 3 messages which I have not send. I again recieved Miss Call Alerts and this Time I have again called their Customer Care and Talk to M/s Sabiha Shaikh and she rudely told me that you have activated this scheme for which 15 Rs are deducted monthly. I told her I dont know what is the message and number to activate this scheme than also she argued that the mistake is from my side. I told to return my money which she refused then I told to register my complaint so she rudely answered that the mistake is your and there is no point in making any complaint and I will not register your complaint.
Prior to this Reliance have activated Ringtones on my mothers mobile which she never needed and at that time they have deducted 30 Rs.
The point is that I am fed up talking to this Customer Care Center people as they do nothing.
I want my money back with penalty of the harrasment I have face in few months.
