bill is not dilivered 2-3 times.
but this time i forgot due date of bill due to busy life but if i bill was delivered at time then this problem may not occur . but now i have to pay extra charges because bill is not delivered
is there any legal way to complaint against the fine of paying after due date plz.. help me......
