recently i have purchased a flat in navi mumbai on 31st august 2010. I have received notice from vodafone at my flat address regarding bill payment of Rs4500, on detail enquiry i came to know that the sim was in the name of my seller & sim card was made before my agreement date. Now how should i handle this matter.
