i have made my vodafone payment thru cheque by dropping it in vodafone dropbox near my place,after collapse of due date i recieved call from vodafone that they dint recieved my cheque,i told them i have already dropped my cheque and gave them cheque no. but still they have disconnected my outgoing,they told me that they dint receieved my cheque ,then they asked me to make the payment thru execute without any late payment charges,i made the payment thru cash and they gave me slip of it,after 5 10 days i recieved my copy of bill with late payment charges in it,i have called vodafone regarding bill complaint he made my call on hold and after 20 25 minutes he cut my call without any responce,next day i again call them,the execute said it will not be reverced.
Although i have made the payment on time my services was disconnected because of which i have suffered so much and after wasting my so much time on customer care they dint ready to reverse my late payment charges.for collecting there bill they will call you 100 times but once payment was made they are not ready for any feedback.I want to take legal action against them.what can i do.
