    Airtel customer service sucks....my friend faced the same situation, after hearing from her we all disconnected our corporate services......

    if customer service is bad..they don't send leagal notices..instead they keep calling to other numbers and waste thier time and unethical...

    Dear Airtel Team,

    This is Prashant Kumar Upadhyay from Delhi. Actually I have used a postpaid no. 9650190303 and I have paid my all bills timely and my total bill limit was 2000 or 2500 INR. In my last bill of October 2010 when I was checking my bill it always shows below than 2000 or 2500 something. but after generating of my bill it suddenly shows my bill was 3700 something in which I have paid 1700 hundred but amount of Rs 2000 I don't know how this increases in end of month. So that's why I did not paid that amount. After that they have barred my no. also. but now from Airtel side someone is calling my family members and saying that are going to court against to me for fraud or if I don't want same then in this case I have to deposit all amount and provide them transaction no. Right now I am not in Delhi, & working on govt. Project in rural areas of Tripura. There is no any Airtel Custmer Care in these area. So How I can deposit your after bill.
    & I want to know at taking connection time I did not have given my family no. to them. So now how they are getting my family no. It means they have track these no. from my bill. It means there is no safety of personel communication & contacts. I want resolution ASAP that how they got my family member details which i have not mentioned on form.

    My name is :Mohammed Matheen


    My friend was using a postpaid connection but due to some problem he is not able to
    pay his now it's almost 1 to 2 years old case is this so he had not paid his bill for such a long
    time and he has changed his address also so i want to know wheather he will be facing problem in future and what will be problems example police case or wht???

    Hi ,
    This is Amit And i was using airtel # 9004999010 wherein my credit limit was 3000 and i got a shocking bill of 7900(without any intimation )...stating excess data usage wherein i disputed on the same amount but never got any response and my # was disconnected...then after i stopped using that #....After couple of days i started getting calls from a collection agency in Malad Mindspace Mumbai RMS services was the name of the agency an executive called Aarti used to calling I disputed on an amount of Rs 1300 to be paid but provided i should get a No due letter regarding the same but according to her ihad to make the payment first for to the agency and not even to Airtel outlet for which i denied later she started abusing and started calling all other #'s (where is Privacy for customers dat) from my bill and abused all my relatives and friends then i decided not to pay the bill because of this harrassment wherein i was getting calls like hell from the agency ....Today i got a call from # 02243473921 from a person who claimed to be airtel's legal advisor and an advocate whose speech was the same rough as the collection agency advisor when i asked for a legal notice he denied stating that will directly send boys at my residence to get the money out and rudely makes a statement that dont eat food but make the payment and at a high tone....How shamefull is this that a company like airtel is using such cheap techniques to get the money although everyone know how good their service is????????? after recent issues....
    THE question here is where is law and Indian Government to whom we pay taxes for our security and where does a normal middle class person stands amongst all this mess......Now these kinds of activities are becoming a threat to normal person in the society...
    NOW IF A LEGAL ADVISOR HAS CALLED I SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT A LEGAL NOTICE FROM HIM FIRST...BUT HE IS GONNA SEND GUYS AT MY PLACE DIRECTLY...
