I was subscribed to Hutch number 9999037565 under corporate plan. In December I sent a mail to their corporate account corporatecare@hutch.in requesting for cancellation of my number.

Below is the email I sent to them:

I would like you deactivate my services immediately !

I have been calling your no good customer services day in day out to get my SIM card (9999037565) activated since Sunday. All I get is lame excuses that “we are facing some technical difficulties”.

I don`t want any follow ups from your side now and consider this email as a request to terminate my account from this moment immediately.

------------

However, Hutch continued to send their Bills at my resident, despite me calling them up and asking to Discontinue my account.

I followed my first email with the one below:

I have asked to have my services for 9999037565 deactivated in December and it seems like you people have gone out of the way and kept my services activated.

I`m still getting the Bill for this account for which I`m not liable. I would like you update you accounts and terminate my services with immediate effect..

following this email, I started returning their Bills. But it seems like Hutch stooped so low and offer a totally unporfessional service. They`be had their stupid call center folks calling and harassing my mother at the my Land Line. Today (21-March-2009) they have served me a leagal Notice asking for to pay the amount that has accumulated as per their records even after I have requested to cancel my account.

I would like to proceed to court of law and legally challenge Hutch Registered Office C-48, Okhla industrial Area, Delhi in the Consumer Court.

Please Advise, what is the procedure to move a court of law in the Consumer Forum.
