I have a plan in which I am supposed to be charged 19ps/min to MTNL numbers and 49ps/min to other local numbers. However since last many days I have been charged 1Rs/min for any call. I put a complaint on 9869012345. They accepted the error and said it would be rectified within 24Hrs and the lost amount would be credited to my account. The complain number here was C-1007370438. However since it dint get rectified I lodged another complaint two days later on the same number informing them that I had complained earlier. This time I got another complaint number C-1007372116. But still it hasnt been rectified.
