Dear Consumer Court,

I am postpaid sim card holder 9881072845 of Idea.
I have received PDF file of Inv.No.104115768 dated 15/07/2010 through mail of Rs.673/-
Normaly my monthly average bill amounting is Rs. 400/-.

While going through the itemized bill detials, all SMS has been shown under one mobile 9860654359 & this number
is belong to one of my relative. I have never sent any SMS to this number during the period & alos confirmed by
my relative that they have not received any SMS from me, How can IDEA has charges such amount in my bill?

I have registed complaint through mail & they had replied that the charges are correct.

I am attaching all corresponding mail for your information.

Please help me
