    Angry air tel company charged wrong sms charges

    Very good evening sir
    This is mail regarding my mobile bill no 981519292 complaint which is not solved by my service provider company AIR TEL i also send to you bill which shows that this is not my fault but from the company side they said its is my fault and they refuse to waived my bill which is near about 1800/- after so many call they give me only 550 /- waived
    My problem is they charged me SMS charges on date 27 April 2010 near about 1800/- if you see you get the company system problem
    On one number I send only one time sms but due to company system problem they send 4 time some time 5 time and some time 10 time on same number and they charged me 1/- per sms which is not sfair as per our near about seven years records my bill is always near about 600 to 800/- every month
    And other thing if we see in market same company provide 10,000 sms only with 75/- and why should I pay sms on charges 1/- so plz taking care my case and solved as soon as possible thanks
    Please see bill also on sms 27 April 2010 I am also sending bill attachment thanks
