Default Airtel mistakingly changed my bill plan

    Hi,

This is Swathi, working for deloitte. I was using a corportae postpaid plan AES 249 with Airtel from 2 years. Airtel also provided CUG plan for deloitte users. A couple of months back Deloitte negotiated a new bill plan for CUG users and requested all CUG users to the new plan. But Airtel changed all Deloitte users to the new CUG 199 plan. So I who was using AES was also moved to CUG 199. As a result i ended up with a huge bill because CUG offers very less dicounts to calls made out of CUG group and most of my calls were out of CUG. I raised a complaint several times, but no one bothered to address the issue. My services have been taken off and when i call up 121 they are insisting me to pay the bills. I have informed them that i am ready to pay in a minute provided they recalculate my bill per my old plan. However, they are doing neither.

Because the change wasn't initiated by me or deloitte i refrained from making payment. I expected them to show some responsibility as this was their mistake, but they are least bothered.
