Sir,
From my cell number 9873255311(Pre-Paid connection) Rs 100/- (approx) deducted without any information. I enquired about the deducted amount from Vodafone customer helpline no. 111 proper information not received. I had informed in written as well as verbal to Vodafone nodal officer but till date deducted amount not return. Vodafone floor manager says they will return deducted amount. Vodafone store person says my information not updated wait for some time.
For solving the problem, I visited the Vodafone store many times as per advices of customer care but no solution, only everybody give fake assurance.

This problem related to SMS Bonus Card Service that I purchased after suggestion of Vodafone care

Today complete three months gone but no solution.
Complaint no. of Vodafone :-125367312941

Date of incidence :- 14/04/2010.
I have evidence to prove, Vodafone mistake
