Aircel company has taken extra amount of close to 1000/= (One Thousand Rupees) starting from Feb 2010 from my account since I have given ECS forbill payment. I logged a complaint with customer care in the month of April but the issue is still no resolved. I made all my effort to submit the proof in Chennai mylapore cell city office but those records were lost by them (I have a complaint number for submission of records). I took off some time in spite of medical emergency at my home to submit the records after taking leave from my office and those effort were gone in vain. If customers couldn't pay the monthly bill then Aircel is charging the customer as fie but why not the same is not applicable for Aircel.

I know it’s frustrating, but I would suggest you to get in touch with the Aircel Nodal officer . He will surely help you out of this.
