Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recharged the following coupons but no service available from 4-5 days and wrongly deducted more than Rs 258/- (Aprox) and your customer care no *333 & *369 is not working properly yet as auto disconnected before connecting your Customer care executives/technical assistant .

1. Rs 77/- on 18th May 2010 for 20p/min
2. Rs 79/- on 23rd May 2010 for Night calling (11pm-6am)
3. Rs 84/- on 2nd June 2010 for Rs 1/3min calling (talk time of Rs 50/- not received also)
+ top –ups Rs 100+100+50+50= Rs 300 during these days.

This is not only the matter of amounts, it’s the matter of harassment also. I’m suffering from the last 4-5 days… you are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
