i am user of airtel postpaid
now i want to convert it in prepaid but now airtel says pay 7500 and then we convert.

i have visited airtel show rooms 100 times and also talk with customer care they all are diffrent some one is saying sir wait someone is saying go to dealer someone is saying it cant nd someone is saying it can
i m getting harrased now help me what to do????????????????//////
