I Arunava Ghosh, my MOB no 7407988277, today one msg received vide 55655 and according to that Caller tune activated , though I have not requested and according to that Rs 30 and followed by Rs 15 deducted from my balance . I do not know why this thing happens though I complained regular basis .Yesterday Rs 7 deducted for :Shayaries ‘ , that also lodged a complain , but no positive result comes out. Last two days total Rs 52 deducted from my balance . this is a good amount.
So what to do now . advise me sincerely…Please inter vane this matter and do the needful/

this is to inform about my registered complaint for my no.9674040519. as this is a kolkata no but this time when i came to my parent's place in durgapur (bengal zone) , i m nt able to recieve or make calls.. its showing error in network connection. i have made many complaints from the 20th of june for resolving this issue bt the agents as well as an tl said that the issue will be resolved very soon. my complaint no is 1156775898.. but wenevr i go out of my home i am able to make nd recieve callls.. i cn understand that it can be an issue of network bt it is not possible for me to tolerate this issue for a long time. i being an working woman, my phone is very important for me nd if i cannot any resolution for this problem i will be pressurized to discontinue my postpaid as well as prepaid connection with vodafone.. my alternate contact no is 9874921818..

I have changed my post paid connection of above Number to Prepaid in June 12 at Barasat, no service made available,I contacted your Store at Park Street tommorrow, they changed the SIM TWICE and the connection came at second change but today morning I find again No service,Pl look into it and rectify my grivance immediately
