    Default Airtel taking Customers for granted-Pathetic services by Airtel

    Hi,

    It seems like Airtel has started taking its customers for granted after climbing up the ladder of world's best telecom company.Firstly they changed my corporate plan(more user friendly) to some other non user friendly plan without even discussion with me or having my say/sign off.Then,was not delivering my phone bills on my e-mail id which was the selected mode of bills.After requesting them so many times for getting me delivered with the bill,i am not receiving bills when queried again and again from customer care,they came up saying sir we have updated your id as incorrect,don't know either they don't know to write or understand as they had written gmil as domain instead 0f gmail and later they spelleld my id wrong twice.Later customer care bluntly said sir if you want to use service use it otherwise quit it.I quited connection the same day in Dec'09.

    I received a horrorsome bill of 9k-10K bill for 3 months when i was only getting it for 1K-2K for 3 months till Oct'09.It is just a case of hidding information from customers i.e truly an availability of information issue.As customer would not be able to evaluate their call details/call history.

    After 3 months in march'10 their team get to know my correct email-id don't know how and mailed me the pending amount.After even replying twice on their mails mentioning my concern and solution,they haven't reverted me.Instead they are calling my friends and well known through call history and giving them threats of legal notice and talking roughly.Hope its not the way of tackling situation after doing a mistake.So, thought of writing on this forum.

    This is really unprofessionalistic big time.

    Need a support and suggestion on this.
