I am using Reliance mobile prepaid CDMA service in Hooghly, West Bengal. It has so happened 10th April'10 the company has cut my unlimited free usage & told me recharge your prepaid account to get connected when I contacted to the customer care though I had recharged my account with Rs.199 on 29th March. When I contacted to the customer care several times several customer representatives misguide me & misbehave with me. On 16th April Pratho Roy and his senior told me that they will not give me a complain number and told me no money should be refunded. After repeated request customer care representative give me a complain number (124340288).Sometimes some customer care representatives told me that you will get the money back to your account within two days. Still I have not got any paise to my account. To get back the unlimited facility it took eight days after several request. Now I'm availing the unlimited facility but my money is not refunded to my account.
I have been using the Reliance CDMA service more than 10 years since this is my first complain to you.
I think you got my point &take necessary steps.
