i have a reliance prepaid connection my no is 9015482452 on 24-04-10 my prepaid account balance is 29 rs and on 25-04-10 it is -2 rs.they subscribed my hellotune without my permission.they done it twice with me.Whenever i call them they are busy so its my humble request to sortout my problem.

i have a reliance prepaid connection my no is 9311528279 on 29-04-10 my prepaid account balance is 37 rs and on 30-04-10 it is 1 rs.they subscribed my Nazara comic without my permission.they done it three time with me.Whenever i call them they are told me i can not credit your balance my some complaint no. is 122895481,122875759,this is my previos complaint no. date is 31/03/2010and i was wright the some mail rcom nodal officer Manmohan Saini no. is : 011-30332655 and mail id Rcomnodalofficer.Delhi@relianceada.com and my problum is not solve than i have send the some mail Mr. Anil Kaila no. is 011-30320171 and mail id is Rcomappellateauthority.Delhi@relianceada.com but they are not reply to me so its my humble request to sortout my problem.

I am Veneet joshi ,my reliance gsm no is 09555590695(Delhi).Sir i am
using reliance form last 2 years.form last 2 month one service
pack(COMBO ALERT PACK) is actived on my no automatically, and charged
me rs 30 for this service. I have not requested for the pack
activiation .Last time i talked to ur cust care near dewali , and
requested them to deactivate tha pack , that i have not requested to
activate.And from last two months i am in roaming at jaipur, and even
m not accepting any call ,this month again same thing happened , and
service pack(COMBO ALERT PACK) activated automaticaly and again i am
charged rs 30 while roaming ,I have talked to your customer care
executive (Supervisor) name(HARESH,11.12.2010 at 10.00pm)and
(ARIVEND,12.12.2010,10.10 am), but they didnot returned by positive
attitude . Now i am fed of ur sevices .I Hope u will took it
