Hello,

I am Roshan Wankar, I have paid my mobile bill on 20/02/09 by cash.
Prior to that I received call from IDEA that their executive will come and collect bill from my billing address which is given to IDEA while taking sim card. Accordingly he came to my company address and collected amount of Rs. 2505. Then after 2,3 days I received call from IDEA once again for payment of bill. I told him that I have paid bill and also told him receipt number. Then after that they kept on calling me and asking who was that person whom I paid my bill. The name of thet person was Sunil I dont know other details of him but when came to collect my bill amount I asked him my bill amount, my account ID for my confirmation that he is company person and he was knowing that details. Also he was knowing my billing address and two mobile nos which I am using, it proves that either he is company person or IDEA has leaked my address and mobile number details to some unauthorised person.

IDEA has kept my outgoing services on hold. When I called customer care executive he asked me dealer name from whom I received call. I told him my reciept no and asked to track which dealer has the receipt of given receipt no but they area unable to track that and kept on asking me dealer name repeatedly. I told him that I forgot dealer name but I have receipt. Either you track the dealer on the basis of receipt no or tell me the this receipt is fake. Finally I decided to file complaint against IDEA that they might have leaked my details to some unauthorised person because of which I am facing problem and the person has run away with my money.

So it is my kind request that please consider my compaint against IDEA for the harrasment they are doing with me.
