    Angry Relaince Bill not recive bill last 6 month

    sir' i m not recive my bill last 6 moth and i m pay every month fine 50 rs becoz i dont have recive my bill ...what can i do plz solve this prob ....i m very disterb relaince service plz help me...

    Default reliance netconnect usb modem

    Respected Sir
    I m using reliance netconnect usb modem, number-9313164907.Sir, i am
    using freedom@night plan-@rs.400 but i got rs. 1512 bill for the month
    of march, 09.with 32 hours day usage.I never ever got bill more than
    500.My service was disconnected as it crossed the 1200 usage limit.I
    talked to their customer care representatives repeatedly but nothing
    fall on their deaf ears and they just totally disagreed that it hasn't
    been used at day time.
    They were not able to provide me details, that on which date and at
    which time, the modem was used during day but now on their website i
    got the details of the data usage, according to it i used my usb modem
    extra on-
    8-03-09 at 5:51 am for 4:52 hrs
    9-03-09 at 7:44 am for 5:16 hrs
    10-03-09 at 7:44 am for 3:23 hrs
    11-03-09 at 6:32 am for 4:30 hrs
    12-03-09 at 5:17 am for 6:13 hrs
    13-03-09 at 5:44 am for 6:08 hrs
    19-3-09 extra usage -2 hrs
    sir i agree i used it on 19th march for 2 extra hrs bt rest all the details are fake...
    my problems are-
    1.If they had the details then why they didn't provided me the details, when i was
    ready to pay even any extra cost for that.
    2.On these days i used my internet at night, there are no details for
    that time, where are those details?.what does it show?, the clock of
    the company was giving wrong time.
    3.Sir any normal and financially not very solid person wouldn't connect
    his internet at 5:51 am or 5:44 am, and will leave it for 3-6 hrs, when
    he knows his free time expires at 6:00 am.
    4.How can i connect internet at 7:44 am only for two days consecutively
    and the main thing is i was having my holi holidays at that time so i
    used to be in deep sleep at that time, so how can i connect internet
    during my sleep.
    5. there was a virus in my computer which changes system date to 1 jan
    2090 and some random time, so i hope reliance doesn't uses the system
    clock to generate the bills.

    Sir, I would just like to say these big companies just harass the
    customer as he can't do anything so finally i also gave up and paid the
    bill because i need it very much and i can't afford to make my rs. 3000
    usb modem a scrap.So if you can then sir please look into the matter
    and get the justice done.

    Angry post paid USB modems can't be trusted

    As customer's complaints are not properly attended by the Company, I use only nearby internet booth.Use 2 hour daily pay Rs.600/- per month.Post paid modems are not trustable.
