Yes Sir, I do have a proof you can contact the local Idea (Orissa Circle) and get it verified, one more info. while trying to connect IDEA customer care it says you do not have adequate balance to chit-chat with IDEA Customer-care. Thank YOu

Sir I feel pity for myself and consumer-court that even after posting complaint against this ADITYA BIRLA Group company So-called IDEA no matter have been solved, I think these fellows do not care your intervention I also feel that today's customers are just incapable watchers at their hands who are helpless then during the Licencing Raj and now during the Cyber age also where we are flattered as "Customer's always Right". This statement is valid only for customers outside India not INDIAN Customers......

Probably this is my last post as a helpless customer to an even helpless Consumer Court.

Sir i bearing the ph-num-9964355853,have been getting charged for some service which i have not requested,i did try to call the call center and they said that it will be refunded in 24hrs,but it has been more than 4 days it has not been refunded.and now if i try calling the call center, i will be on hold for more that 1hr,but no one pick's the call.and also i should mention the call center service is so bad that after being on hold for more than 1hr so many times the call center people disconnect the call.i just want some justice for the money we pay for idea cellular.

When I contacted them using another number they promised me to resolve the issue within 72 Hrs and they gave me a sms mentioned "Dear Customer. Your concern for incorrect deduction could not be resolved. Kindly contact customer care. Thank you".

I want all my deducted balance be returned to my account if IDEA actually wants to retain its customers loyalty.

Sir my problem is I cannot recharge the account as I am afraid these frauds may once again deduct the balance from my account and unable chat with the customer care as it is chargeable.

I hope my issue would be sorted out soon as I am at the right place to ask for help.

Never buy IDEA Cellular number. They cheat you smart ways. It takes only a minute to start any service and 4-5 days to stop it. They keep deducting money from your balance.
