My name is Farooque and my number is 9768648169. I was using gprs regularly but someday before my connection was stop, when i call customer care for this problem, first when i have started using this service there was a scheme of RS14 for 3 days. it means 72 hours, but later on they have started 00.00hours a day. it means if we start our service at 11.55pm at night we will be charge 1 day for this service. my main point is that the company have change their plan without giving any instrution to the customer. The company also doing lots of cheating like, i have taken a plan of SMS pack worth RS 39 for 400 SMS, but on 31st december they charge me 1 RS for per SMS. When i ask customer care center that why did you charge me for this SMS they answer me that today is blackout day, But they have never given any instrution that today is blackoutday and you will be charge for SMS. NOW THE COMPANY HAVE STARTED A NEW PLAN, NOW IF WE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTER THEY WILL CHARGE US 50 Paise FOR PER CALL; IT MEANS THE COMPANY WANT THAT NO ONE HAVE TO CALL THEM FOR ANY KIND COMPLAINTS. TODAY THEY HAVE STARTED COLLECTING 50 Paise FOR EACH CALL WE AR CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE LATER ON THEY WILL START COLLECTING 5 RUPEES FOR EACH CALL. I can change my number but i am using this number as my bussiness number. It's a please request that if anyone can help me out from this matter.
