I would like to bring to your notice the daily harrasment by vodafone customer care for payments already made by me .


I was a vodafone customer for close to 4 years , my mobile number 9986030504 , I had disconnected my conenction in November 2008 and during settlement the total outstanding was 3500 rs , In august 2008 I had requested vodafone to de-activate my Hutch Mail service which was charged at 499 per month , but vodafone did not do that and on repeated calls they said they would adjust the amout in the next bill , which never happened , so when i requested for disconnection I requested them to deduct the payments of 499 i had paid in the earlier bills and would pay the pending , they agreed and requested me to pay 2100 which I did . But they are harssing me again for paying the 1400 rs which was deducted ....

They call me daily and threaten to beat me up with goondas and harress my wife over the phone using foul language .

I am sure there are lots of other people out there who are facing the same issue .....

Please help us me in exposing their illegal ways of threatening the customer for payments ...
