Hi

I had a vodafone connection in Bangalore , I had requested to de-activate my hutch mail service in August , the monthly charge was 499 , but hutch did not dosconnect .Every month I called Hutch care and requested them to de-activate it , they said they would do it and reverse the charges .

I november I requested disconnection , I paid the outstanding amount deducting the Hutch Mail charges for 4 monhts , vodafone accepted the payment and closed my connection.

No vodofone connection department is calling me and harassing me for paying the hutchmail charges for 4 months , they say its outstanding amount .

They call my friends and family member and harass them with foul language .

Please guide me how to deal with this harassment .

I am writing this mail just to remind you about your puch line 'Happy
to Help' which has no meaning for you. You have deducted Rs. 50/- twice from my
prepaid account without any good reason. When i asked last month about this your
customer care executive told me that he will deactivate the sevice which was
unnecessorly imposed on me, but the day before yesterday again same amout taken
off. When i tried to call up customer care even after calling 7-8 times nobdy
picked up the call.
Can you plz tell me why am paying this amout? morever if this is your customer
care & happiness for help then i am sorry your are duping your customer in this
way. I will not get this no. recharge untill i would not find any satisfatory
feedback & will keep it with -ve balance just to show every one about your
services.......
