    Unhappy Wrong billing

    Dear sir,i, rajeev bhonsle using airtel mobile services for last 2 years and paying my bill on time including penalties where charged 4 late payment had instructed airtel executive to stop my nop services(net on phone) in the month of september-09 through personal discussion on phone and also by sms services . I had also received a confirmation by sms that nop services would b stopped within 24 hrs. But still they have charged me nop charges in all my bills from sept.-09 and inadvertantly i have paid airtel all the charges including my phone charges last 15 days back when i received my phone bill i noticed that i have been still charged nop charges inspite of confirmation received from their side. So i called the airtel exe. Regarding the same. Futher i received a confirmation that 2 months nop charges have been waived . Now when i have received the latest bill which is yet to b paid they have again charged nop charges sir, when it was told to the airtel exe. To stop nop services in sept.-09 and inspite of receiving a confirmation from them why only 2 months charges have been waived and that to verbally and not on paper officially. I would like to be waived all nop charges from sept.-09 till date right now i m having a tata indicom usb internet modem-a/c no.976339715 tata indicom no-9225300962 so the question of using airtel nop service does not arise at all i have kept the latest airtel bill pending tillthis problem gets sorted out. Sir,please take corrective actions against the concern hoping 4 ur favourable reply and thanking you in anticipation waiting for your reply with kind regards........... Rajeev h. Bhonsle

    Hello,

    We suggest you to send a email to your area nodal officer, mention all the details in it and ask them to refund the amount, wait for their reply and revert us back.
