    Unhappy TATA indicom online recharge -Bank A/c Debited but recharge amount not credited.

    on 19th march 2010 i had done online recharge of Rs 325 (freedom plan), the amount was debited to my
    bank account but the recharge amount was not credited to mobile numbers.
    I got the message from bank's autoresponse.

    "This is an automatically generated transaction advise.

    We have successfully processed your transaction of Rs. 325.00 with IndiaIdeas.com Ltd
    TTSLPRE - 9229597655 on 19-Mar-2010"

    pl. let me know how i can takeup this issue with TATA indicom representatives and get my money back.

    Hi, dont worry, the amount will be credited to your bank account with in 1 week.

    Dear Customer,

    for any unsuccessful transactions the amount will be updated to your bank account within one week, if the same is not done, request you to mail us at customer.care@tatatel.co.in.
