Idea Cellular poor Service and poor payment database I am running behind Idea executives from last 20 days for non updation of bill payment and finally they barred outgoing calls on my cell number!!! I did provide all the data to idea through E_mails,through phone calls ( on roaming :-( ) and even i personally went to Idea office,madhapur,hyderabad asking them to resolve this issue asap.But instead of resolving the issue they suspended my service(9948820011).
On what basis Idea barred outgoing call on my number?I provided them all the details.
Who is responsible for the loss that i am facing due to this supsension?
Will idea compensate for the romaing charges/internet charges and the inconvenience caused to me so far?
It shows how good customer care idea has!!! And Their first class payment database !!!
Atleast Idea should understand the gravity of situation and activate outgoing call immediately on my number 9948820011 and procees the payment updation.
Let me also consolidate the details that i have been providing to Idea from last couple of days
On 22 Feb 20101,4 transactions of Rs 201 each was made from citibank towards 9948820011 (post paid idea connection).But only one of them got reflected in Idea data base.I contacted citibank and they confirmed that each and every transaction was succefull.Here is the confirmation mail from citibank officials :-
This is with reference to your email dated February 28, 2010
Based on your dispute we have investigated and confirmed that the Utility payment of Rs 804.00 (Rs 201.00 * 4) made from your account towards "Idea" on February 22, 2010 vide transaction reference numbers 145324, 145505, 145630 and 145426 have been successfully updated at the Service Provider end.
We request you to contact the Service provider (Idea) quoting the transaction reference numbers for further clarifications.
We assure you of our best attention at all times.

As Idea asked me to confirm from citibank,I did that and provided the transactions number(transaction reference numbers 145324, 145505, 145630 and 145426 - mentioned above) also couple of days back.
