I am using Air tel post paid connection since 2007, in Delhi City. and my post paid bill plan is 199 rs. CUG, in this plan my STD Rates are on Air tel .75 and on other mob. is 1rs, land line 1.50 so on December 09, i asked to customer care for change of bill plan they told me that, without of any ur cug effective u pay 70/rs. extra for air tel advantage plan so thats u can get 50paisa on air tel to air tel & 60 to other network in STD only, but when i checked my bill it is not the same as the executive told about the plan. several times i made the complaint but they are not in mood to hear my problem or nor to solve,
they also told me that ur plan is only for local if my plan is local why i paid extra for that kindly do the need ful help about the said matter
