    Default Complaint Regarding my Airtel Blackberry Account(Mobile 9818592298)

    Hi Sir,

    Addressing both UP West and Delhi Nodal officers since I am not sure which is the concerned one. My address is A6 Sector 36 NOIDA (UP)

    Just to give some perspective I am using the following Airtel products

    1. Two corporate Mobile numbers 9818592298 and 9810223785. 7-8 years
    2. One broadband connection 0120-4236421. 7-8 years
    3. One landline 0120-4571021. 1 year
    4. One blackberry associated with 9818592298. 2+ years
    5. One Digital TV -- Applied
    On Feb 4, 2010, my annual balckberry plan for Rs 7000 per year was getting over. I got calls from Airtel twice before Feb 4 where I told them clearly to monthly 299 plan. I got the bill in mid Feb with old plan renewed for 6 months and One time Charges for Rs 3999/-. I raised the issue with Airtel multiple times and its 25 days since. The successive complaints raised are as below
    SR 31026236, 31146721,F651348545
    The response/customer service I have received on these has been shameful to say the least. More than that they seem to suggest that I am a liar. That I had asked for continuing the same plan … that the helpdesk has noted that I said so. My complaints have landed on deaf years. I find it disgusting that this is the way customer is treated. Worst is – I am made to look like a liar. No one is willing to listen that if I wanted to continue older plan why would I complain against the bill after just two weeks. Also, why would Airtel like to push a plan down my throat iof I don’t want it? What kind of customer service is this??
    I have tried calling the Nodal Officer number 9818334865 since yesterday but no one picks up. I don’t seem to have many options with me.
    If this is not addressed in a decent manner soon – I intend to disconnect all my above associations with Airtel with immediate affect. Before doing that – I will pay the Rs 3999/- as mark of protest.
