I had activated 48 rupees gprs pack on 26th January having validity of 1 month.But on 10 Feb night, after 11pm i was not able to use the gprs, showing connection not available.But the range was full.On 11 th morning when i checked the balance it was zero.The sites which i had visited before 11pm were free sites & the downloaded contents were also free.My day time & night gprs usage credits were also not finished.That night i lost 120 rupees.So on 11th morning i called call center at abt 9:30 & complained.They informed me that my complaint had been registered.And on that day i got a deduction of Rs 45 for using GPRS and there was no reply from the call center.So i registered a complaint through Docomo website.So they replied me that the GPRS pack had been cancelled since i ahd activated a call reduction pack.The call rate reduction pack which i had activated was from i Docomo dive in store.From there i did'nt get any insruction regarding the cancellation of the GPRS pack.So i like to move legally to resolve my concern against DOCOMO.
