I had activated 48 rupees gprs pack on 26th January having validity of 1 month.But on 10 Feb night, after 11pm i was not able to use the gprs, showing connection not available.But the range was full.On 11 th morning when i checked the balance it was zero.The sites which i had visited before 11pm were free sites & the downloaded contents were also free.My day time & night gprs usage credits were also not finished.That night i lost 120 rupees.So on 11th morning i called call center at abt 9:30 & complained.They informed me that my complaint had been registered.And on that day i got a deduction of Rs 45 for using GPRS and there was no reply from the call center.So i registered a complaint through Docomo website.So they replied me that the GPRS pack had been cancelled since i ahd activated a call reduction pack.The call rate reduction pack which i had activated was from i Docomo dive in store.From there i did'nt get any insruction regarding the cancellation of the GPRS pack.So i like to move legally to resolve my concern against DOCOMO.

I am facing a problem from last few days and the customer care is of no help.

My account balance gets deducted whenever I use GPRS. I am not downloading from any download portal. I just use it for browsing or office email.

The latest instance is of today when I made a call and I had Rs 55 in balance after the call. After that I connected the phone with my PC and after I disconnected I had 0 balance. I have the Rs 95 GPRS pack which was renewed on 6th of March. So there is no point of balance deduction for GPRS usage. The limits are still left.

I have called the customer care a few times and they keep on repeating the same thing. They tell me that apart from calls there are no other charges.

My question now is where is my balance going.

Prior to this I have noticed this a couple of times and called the helpline but did not get a resolution. They told me to manually select the network which I did.

I am waiting for a response from the Nodal officer. If I dont get a resolution, I will surely take them to the court.

I Mr. Santosh Prasad Das having mobile number 9040103551 informing you about the wrong balance deduction happened to my number. There is a deduction of Huge amount that is Rs. 102.45.The balance was cut off by company towards use of GPRS while i already recharged for Rs.48/- GPRS pack. On 9th July at 9.04 am it was going fine after 9.09 am suddenly my account balance goes to Rs. 0.00.I contacted the customer care many times (complain ID is DBL 09185306) they always says that our technical team working on it.I also emailed to the customer care team (mail issue IDs are M1857827,M1854173,M1851806,M1841307,M1837663) but the reply was You should receive your refund of money by today evening but till now there is no refund of a single paisa. I asks you that is this the ways that a subscriber suffers? Please return my balance as soon as possible. Otherwise i will put the issue in consumer forum & DOT.

dont use dive in.. i had the same prob.. latter i found and solved
for assistance sms to me @ 09037570833 on gprs stuffs
