This is to bring to your notice that how VODAFONE is making false promises and cheating customers in the name of FnF numbers in the postpaid.
I, Srinivas G, a resident of Hyderabad, using my Vodafone postpaid connection with the number 9885336679 almost from 5Yrs, from when it was used to be HUTCH.My connection activation date is 10-02-2006(as per vodafone portal records).
I was migrated to the plan 399 Full talk value in the month of FEB 2006 and as per the plan they r offering 800mins of free local outgoing calls to any mobile across networks @49ps/min...and they offered an FnF local number @10ps/min.
As a loyal Vodafone customer, i started using tat plan without checking out anything further in the bill. Now on dated 19-02-2010,i requested again for a plan change to 199rs rental with 199mins of local free o/g calls and 199 local free sms.And again i requested to continue the same number in FnF offer.They said it will cost me 15rs/month of rental and 20ps/min call charge.
At this point i checked out my previous bills online and tried to calculate the usage and breakups for an estimation.Now this FnF fraud came into light.
Right from the month of activation in 1996 feb, All the calls including FnF number calls and regular o/g local calls were charged as same, on the bases of free mins(800) and once i reach the 800 free mins of counter,the o/g calls was charged on their respective tariff,i.e...all o/g calls @ 49ps/min...and.... FnF no. calls @10ps/min.
But within the range of 800 free calls, all FnF number calls and local calls r calculated on the mins bases. So, finally, every call @ 49ps/min only with in that 800free mins.
As per the tariff plan, as promised, all 800 local mins should be alloted only for local o/g only @49ps/min and FnF numbers should be calculated separately,because they doesn't fall in local o/g tariff @49ps/min category and their tariff is only 10ps/min.I can't understand,how can they club both the things.
But VODAFONE is not concerned about all this and trying to cheat its customers to raise its revenue.Vodafone is committing this fraud from years,but i was unable to identify it.
Pls suggest me about the action, which i should take against VODAFONE and pls make all the other customers aware of this,as they cannot observe and find it until they do indepth research on their bills
