on 9th and 10th february, I had tried to call in saudi arabia and dubai . when phone belll starts call charged ,with out any receiver voice. I confirmed this matter with reciever from an other service that they hadn't receive even my mobile number.Then I started to complaint idea customer care.they replied me that "here is some text missing". we will refund you with in one day. I had lost 11 Isd call rates @ 9.2 rs/call. but they cheated me with refund only one call cost(9.2 Rs). after all they didn't attend my call.On 10th night I lost my saudi buisiness deal through this problem.so pls take nessasary steps to full refund.
