Airtel fights recession, loots common man Dear Sir
I have been charged incorrectly for my ISD calls. Customer care executives of Airtel has also not extended any help and have been rude not to give any justifications. I have mailed to appelate authority but have not received any satisfactory communication. I have been charged 972 odd rupees for an ISD call quoting 2 hours and 31 minutes at 8:07 p.m. There is a second ISD call registered at 8:08 pm on the same day. How can a person make two calls simultanelously to the same number? I have been using Airtel number for over 10 years.
Can you suggest some action needed to be taken for this?
