It is to inform you that I am not satisfied with RIM service now a days, this was happen when RIM have deducted Rs. 30/- on 31/01/2010 from my account without my knowledge and permission for subscribing ASTRO PACK which is not atall been acertained by me.

When I found that some of Rupees has been deducted from my account, I then & there complained to RIM customer care service on dt. 31/01/2010. Complain no: 118713281.. They have assured me that amount which is deducted, is to be returned in next 48 hrs, but it is yet to be done. when I call to customer care about return of my deducted amount they always say "Aaj ho Jayega / Jald HO Jayega".

which is highly regreatable, and matter of credibility.

I am facing unncessary monetary loss and mental harrashment also because of this unwanted harrasment.
So it is requested to kindly solve / remedy the problem and reply at the earliest in my mail.
